Delete your TradingTwo account
You can delete your TradingTwo account yourself, at any time. In the app, open the Account tab and press Delete my account. On the website, sign in at app.tradingtwo.com and press Delete account. It is permanent and happens at once, and a paid plan stops renewing.
Deleted: your email address, Watchlists, Alerts, Layouts, Drawings, shared chart pictures, and your subscription and entitlement records.
Kept: a one-way hash of your email, so one person cannot take repeated free Trials; our server logs for 30 days; and transaction or tax records we must keep by law. Paddle keeps its own payment records. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
